Before processing an address change we need documentation verifying residency in Weston.  Once the proper documentation has been submitted, we will update PowerSchool and notify the bus garage of the address change for the purpose of transportation routing.  The school will update transportation routing in PowerSchool and provide you with the new information.  Please do not contact the bus garage diectly because they cannot make changes until they hear directly from the school.

Please do not wait for the last minute to submit this request. It can take a few days to verify inforamtion and update records.

Families must be prepared to prove residency by providing the following documentation for the new residence in Weston.

Parent/Guardian Identification - Valid documents are (select one): 

• driver’s license
• passport 
• or state ID card

Proof of Residency

• Owning a Home in Weston: 
  • Weston property tax bill, mortgage statement, or warranty deed.

• Renting a Home in Weston: 
  • Current Rental Lease Agreement (fully executed by the tenant and landlord), 
  • notarized Landlord/Property Owner/Property Manager Affidavit, and
  • notarized Tenant Affidavit.

• Living in Weston With Family: 
  • notarized Living with Family Affidavit, and 
  • notarized Landlord/Property Owner/Property Manager Affidavit.

Utility Bills

• Provide two utility bills:
  • Electric, gas, water, sewer, landline phone, or cable (dated within the last 30 days).

The bills must be issued by different service providers, not from the same company.
