Greetings WPS Families,
 
The purpose of this email communication is to share information regarding a voluntary program that is being offered in partnership with the Weston Police Commission, Weston Police Department, Weston Public Schools, and Town of Weston.  
 
Be SMART (www.besmartforkids.org) is an organization that focuses on promoting responsible firearm ownership   and ensuring the safety of our children. You are invited to a BeSMART presentation on Wednesday, November 15 at 7:30 PM at the meeting room in Weston Town Hall. This is an adults-only conversation.  If you wish to attend, you u need to register at the following link: https://forms.everytown.org/a/ct-weston-besmart-presentation. 
 
This initiative is in response to community concerns expressed last spring regarding the safety of our school campus and community. I wish to thank the Weston Police Commission for organizing this program.
