Weston Public Schools employs approximately 400 staff in a variety of roles to support our students in four schools, 117 acres of athletic fields and grounds, diverse educational programs and services, and co-curricular activities.  The employee groups include teachers, administrators, administrative assistant/support, computer technicians, para-educators, maintenance employees, groundskeepers, custodians, security specialists, nurses, and a variety of contract service personnel.

The Weston Public School system takes pride in its highly qualified teaching staff and provides teachers new to the school system a formal induction program, individualized staff development, teacher mentors, and curriculum specialist support.  Ongoing professional development is a major focus of the district; providing teachers with opportunities to be lifelong learners.

The Human Resources Department is dedicated to serving our staff and the community by providing a wide variety of services and opportunities.  Copies of all of our union agreements (including pay scales and insurance benefits) can be accessed on our website, and staff can access information and forms on the site regarding insurance benefits and payroll.  All open positions are posted on our site, and candidates can apply online and provide all necessary documentation.
